10 Nominations?

recently while watching the news, it was announced that the number of nominations for Best Movie in Oscar will be raised to 10.

the reasoning was, there were too many good movies so it is fair to have 10 nominees.

in my opinion, the 5 nominees now is sufficient since it allows only the best 5 to compete in the grand finale!

i dont deny that there are plenty good movies but having only 5 to compete for Best Movie allows only the cream of the cream to compete.

but what the hell.. lantak diorang la. buat the rules.. bukan aku susah ape pon. tapi saje nak bagitau korang yang malas tengok tv n bace surat khabar!

i got over that issue! but this one is a bigger one, Shah Rukh Khan had fled India after he a statement he made.

SRK SAID THAT THE PROPHET IS AMONG THE LEADERS THAT HAVE UNIMPRESIVE PERSONALITIES! THE PROPHET WAS COMPARED TO ADOLF HITLER AND WINSTON CHURCHILL .

OMG! What was he thinking. He claimed that it was a misprint. But I seriously doubt it! How can a reporter make a huge mistake. It is almost unacceptable.

For whatever reason his actions had crossed the line! This is beyond forgiveable. For the state of Malacca, this is the right time to correct ur mistake, strip him off his Datuk-ship!

Debat Perpaduan Dan Integrasi Nasional 2009!

alhamdulilah..

syukur ke hadrat illahi sebab Debat Perpaduan dan Integrasi Nasional 2009 telah selamat di langsungkan di bumi Kenyalang, Sarawak.

MMU menghantar kontijen seramai 6 orang termasuk seorang Pegawai Pengiring.

Myer Iyemman, Muhammad Nazwan, Dheepan, Syukri, Rafiq dan Praveen merupakan kontijen yang di terbangkan ke UNIMAS.

secara peribadinya, aku rasakan debat di UNIMAS merupakan antara penganjuran Debat terbaik. i enjoyed myself very much over there.

as for achievement, tahniah kepada pasukan MMU kerana berjaya memboloskan diri ke pusingan sepruh akhir. walaupun tumpas di tangan UM, aku tetap percaya bahawa kami tetap telah lakukan dengan sebaik mungkin.

tahniah juga buat Myer Iyemman aka Miss Boot Jimmy Choo kerana berjaya meggondol takhta pendebat terbaik liga. as for me, third place was a blessing!

5 pendebat terbaik liga, termasuk Izuddin (UMP), Mas (UITM) dan Amiruddin (UPM) akan di terbangkan ke negeri di bawah bayu Sabah untuk lawatan integrasi! and i am so excited for it!

and paling meriah of course masa lawatan ke kampung budaya! it was so much fun! i enjoyed myself a lot. i kena akui, mungkin sebab pergi dengan kengkawan kot it was so much fun!

to Syiman, Adit and ramai lagi yang bagi moral support, thank you so so much! jumpe lagi kat debat yang akan datang!

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen

hello Transformers lovers!

have you ever had a boifriend that when u mention a simple date, his idea was fetching you with a limousine and have lunch in Milan by his private jet?

trying too hard?

that was what transformers was for me. i feel that Micheal Bay was just trying too hard to compete with the first one that this one is over-done.

dun get me wrong! this is a great movie to watch! but when u analyze, there are many loop-holes that are exposed.

if you remembered, the first movie when the robots came it was showed how they transformed one by one and how they got their shape and design. but not this time, it was out of a sudden that all the autobots are there. the transformation gives u the opportunity to appreciate the models.

and if you realize, this time u dun have the chance to appreciate all the other autobots. their introduction were too brief and i can't even remember the design and names. i mean come on, the movie should not be catered for the fans only or assume that people will get it.

that tiny little things would have made a lot of changes in the movie for me. and guys, this is my personal opinion. and it not even a bot denies that the movie is a must watch in the cinema! go and get the tickets now!

on the brighter note, the action scenes were really-really good and it glued my eyes on the screen and not to look anywhere else.

and not forgetting the darn adorable Bumble-Bee. he is so cute! i wish i had a car like that. and yes, there are plenty of robots that you can feast ur eyes on. but be quick coz they are up bit by bit..

you will miss the chance to see a tiny robot humping megan foxx!

sehari je ade masa nak rest, and to be honest, tak sempat rest sangat pun. masih lagi kepenatan. dah la we have to drive to UTHM. so i am extremely tired now.

kali ni for the first time i am in charge of a team. it means no more Myer to guide us! this is extremely scary for me!

It is under renovation, it is quite small and you have to pay 5 bucks to get the wi-fi and its only for an hour!

Blood: The Last Vampire

i am doing you all a favor.. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS MOVIE.
i am being extremely honest and serious here.. i went to the cinema with the intention to see Miley bashing up Tyra Banks, but as soon as we get there Kelvin wanted to see this movie instead.
*honestly, i am not shocked this happened.

i gave in simply because he said if the movie sucked he would treat me for Hannah Montana. so i gave in..

why does this movie sucked bad time?

firstly, the graphics were horrible! i mean come on, it was obvious that the freakin' vampire were computer generated and fake!

secondly, one of the character couldn't even pronounce in English! I had to read the freaking sub-titles everytime she speaks! i mean come on.. they invented something called "casting"!

thirdly, thanks to Malaysian censorship board, they manage to pull the fuse off this dying movie. with everything being censored, you could not understand some parts. gosh!

fourthly, some fighting scenes were just plain boring and was EXPECTED.

fifthly, the ending were a disappointment. more fighting less talking please!

and for that very reason Kelvin owes me a ticket for Hannah Montana. Tyra here i come!

shocking? that was the morale of the movie for me. to never leave your armpit hair grow beyond control.i understand that a little hair makes the girl go gugu-gaga, but we are not talking about little here, we are talking about the entire national reserve forest!

allrite! enough about his pit talk, lets talk about the movie.

suprising, besides his disturbing wild and free pit hair, i actually enjoyed the movie. it was better than i tot it would be. and the most important thing is that it surpised me!

i tot, when it said 17 again, it means that he will go back to his past and be able to correct things there. but NO! he was 17 in the cotemporary condition! and it got very interesting from there.

imagine being the same age as your kids and are able to see how they are in school. trust me, you dont want to be able to do that! it gives you a sudden heart attack.

how do i know?

if my dad goes to the same campus as me, he will probably commit suicide!

guess who acted as an older Zac, its... *drumrolls* hold your breath, i need to warnt you that the answer might suffocate you!!

today was fabulous! i had the chance to go to Pavilion for shopping and a movie.it had been ages since i last went to Pavi for leisure and spend some "me" time.. thanks to Kelvin for accompanying me.

i am leaving the boring part by just saying that i might have secured myself a place for legal attachment. thank god!

so as soon as we arrive in Pavilion, we had down to Subway for a bite. gosh, how much i have missed subway's! they are just among the fabulous sandwiches that you can find! i cherish every bite i took and it felt like an amazing orgasm! lol!

after the quick bite we went for a movie at GSC and the movie was "17 Again".. a review coming up!

rite after that we rushed to shop for a few tee's that i am in desperate need of! seriously, shopping is something very akward since it had been quite sometime since i last shopped.

i am currently doing some reading for my debate but i decided i need to bable about something in my blog. when i say bable i mean its something useless and pointless!

but since it is holidys, feel free to was ur time reading this post, that will have no what-so-ever benefit in your life!

well thinking about it, had i ever posted anything that benfits anyone?

one of the good things about staying back in MMU during the hols is that you dont have strain ur brains in search for a single damn parking!

on a normal day, searching for parking is like searching for a pearl in an ocean! overrated? well its partially true!

the parking provided in campus is insufficient and in addition to the UN-STRATEGIC location behind ACR! if i have a class in FSER, that means i have to walk like a gazillion miles to my class!

parking outside the campus is not an option. the MBMB finds it interesting to suck out 100 bucks off our pocket for a frigging ticket! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU! we are students! its not like we earn thousands monthly!

eventhough some of us do earn that amount monthly.. that is besides the point!

but now during the hols, my body, mind and soul is at ease! name it, UG, Ixora and Campus, there are parking everywhere. feel free to park in the middle of the road. if anything happens to your car, its not my problem!

but the downfall is that its extremely quiet. thank god some of my friends are here. since today Kelvin and Myer re going back, so i decided to head home myself.

i could help a little for my sisters engagement this Sunday. i have to admit i am rather a lazy person. so helping is in the vey last page of my dictionary!

plus its her engagement, why should i do all the job?

X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

i know. i know.

this movie has been out for ages. I'va watched it weeks ago but i dont have the time to update, with exams and all.

but don't be sad, i am free now to update and review all movies i've watched this couple of weeks. starting with wolverine..

i think this is one of the best x-men movies i've watched! its really good and interesting. the movie explained the life of wolverine and how he lost his memories. so actually the movie explained on the time period before Wolverine goes to the Mansion.

many said that the movie failed to develop other characters well. for me, since the title is Wolverine so why bother developing on other characters. the development was sufficient enough.

the movie is about Wolverine so i think it is important for the focus is to be on him.

and yes! my BF Ryan Reynolds acted too. he became Deathpool and yes his body is to-die-for! and Daniel Hanney, afreakinadorable asian actor who became Agent Zero is not bad!

will.i.am was of course a torture. with his tummy and all a total turn off! gosh, Will.. do what u do best. definitely not acting!

overall the movie was good..
